Any product modification that is not authorized by heritage baby products will void this warranty. This limited warranty is non-transferable. The repair or replacement of defective goods constitutes munire's entire obligation. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Heritage baby products will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, even if it has reason to know in advance that they are possible. Heritage baby products shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages. All claims for seller's failure to comply with this warranty shall be governed by the provisions of this paragraph. To obtain proper service under this warranty, the original purchase receipt should be kept.
