How does the product work?

Secure flannel covered around your neck and use the pump and included instructions to properly inflate the device in less than a couple of minutes.
As you pump the unit, it fills with air to stretch and relax your neck muscles, increasing blood supply and circulation. You control the speed and the pressure on your shoulders, as you work to improve your posture and relieve tension in your nerves. For initial results, we recommend using the device 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes a session.
Safety Information
Always follow your healthcare provider's directions if prescribed and consult a provider if pain persists. Ensure you are comfortable with the product before increasing your usage beyond 20 minutes a session or beyond 2-3 sessions a day. Do not over inflate beyond a comfortable position. This product is not intended for sleeping or as a neck brace.
