BREADING HOT SEASONING: Add some spice to your next Milanesa, "bistek empanizado" and "chicken fried steak". You do not need to add anything but the meat.
PANTRY STAPLE: Empty the contents in a deep dish, "dip" the steak, chicken, or fish in the breading on both sides and then fry or even grill.

HOW TO USE: For thinly cut chicken, beef, fish or Tukey fillets: place contents of Chef Merito Breading Mix in a dry dish. Set aside. In a clean bowl, beat 1 egg. Take the fillets and dip in the beaten egg. Place the fillet on the Chef Merito Breading Mix. Cover well on both sides. Heat oil in the skillet (about 1 inch deep of oil). When hot, place the breaded fillets and fry until golden. Serve. For Veggies: thinly slice and deep fry until golden brown.
