Description

  • Size - 1/4" NPT Male x 1/4" NPT Female Thread Split Check Valve. Note, NPT thread is the nominal pipe size and does not represent the actual diameter, please refer to the dimension drawing for specific diameter.
  • MATERIAL - Made of high quality 304 stainless steel, it has excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, high compressive strength, abrasion resistance, durability, good low temperature toughness, heat resistance and mechanical properties，with stainless steel spring, vertical and horizontal installation.
  • USE - Used to prevent backflow of the medium in the pipeline, through the medium itself to flow and thus automatically open and close the valve flap, only allows the medium to flow in one direction, it is suitable for gases, water, oil.
  • WORKING PRESSURE & TEMPERATURE - 2500PSI maximum working pressure, 6PSI cracking pressure, temperature range -32°F to +338°F (-0°C to +170°C)
  • PRODUCT DESIGN - By the valve body and valve cover two parts, the structure is more complex but stable, suitable for large diameter pipeline, especially in the need for frequent maintenance or the maintenance of the convenience of the higher requirements of the occasion, good sealing, easy to install and dismantle, the valve body is thickened, the inner wall polishing treatment, smooth and not easy to scale.
