Description

  • SIZE - 1/2" Male Flare x 1/2" Male Flare Union Flare Fittings. Flare end is SAE 45 degrees, please refer to the dimension drawing for specific diameter.
  • MATERIAL - Made of high-quality brass, with strong wear and corrosion resistance, high compressive strength, durability, low magnetic permeability and high temperature ductility.
  • USE - Suitable for gas, instrumentation, refrigeration, vacuum lines, power steering, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, manufactured for low and medium pressure piping connection engineering.
  • WORKING PRESSURE & TEMPERATURE - 1200PSI maximum working pressure, temperature range -65°F to +250°F (-53°C to +121°C)
  • WORKING PRINCIPLE - The end of the tube is flared to a 45° angle, creating a sealing surface that mates with the fitting's cone. When the nut is tightened, the flared tube is compressed against the cone, forming a leak-proof metal-to-metal seal. This design offers advantages including temperature and pressure resistance, excellent sealing performance, reusability, no welding required, easy disassembly and assembly, and straightforward installation and maintenance.
