This replacement baffle for use with the ChocoVision Revolation mini, Revolation 1, and Revolation 2 chocolate tempering machines increases the capacity of the tempering machines from 1½ pounds to just under 2 pounds of chocolate. The slots in the baffle allow the chocolate to flow through the baffle, instead of backing up against it. The baffle includes the temperature probe which monitors the temperature of the chocolate.
