Chopin: Piano Works

The fourth release in Praga's Richter Edition, which features SACD remasters of classic recordings by the great Russian pianist Sviatoslav Richter, presents a recital of solo works by Frederic Chopin. Recorded over a span of twenty-plus years, these performances display Richter's special affinity for the music of Chopin. The program ranges from the Etudes of Op.10 to the Nocturnes of Op.71, offering a delectable sample of the great composer's tuneful, passionate romanticism.
