This chopping bowl set comes with a 12-inch solid red oak wood turned chopping bowl and Mezzaluna knife. The set is great for chopping garlic, herbs, spices and vegetables. The bowl makes chopping much easier and neater than using a standard cutting board. Diameter: 12 Inch Depth: 2-3/4 Inch. Mezzaluna or Ulu knife is a crescent-shaped blade sharpened along its whole length, allowing a rocking motion from one side all the way to the other for a clean cut. The handles allows for easy control of the blade without the risk of injury; The handle is made from wood. Bowl turned from a solid piece of Michigan hard wood and is food safe.
