- You must be able to remove your brake tip to use this
WL306PA 6" wheel lock extension for basic manual wheelchairs.. It has a 5/8" slot (PLEASE MEASURE) that fits over most steel chrome wheel lock handles once the rubber tip is removed. This extension is chrome steel and has a 2" black rubber tip for comfort. This makes reaching and applying the wheel lock much easier. Please measure your brake lever, must be 5/8" or less to fit.
