This stainless steel arrow spiral barbell has one arrowhead spike end and one 5/16 inch (8mm) diameter feather arrow end, externally threaded. Both ends can be removed. The spiral barbell is available in 18 gauge, 16 gauge, or 14 gauge in 1/4 inch (6mm), 5/16 inch (8mm-), 3/8 inch (10mm), 7/16 inch (11mm-14g only), or 12 inch (12mm-14g only) inner diameter.
