A relative of the tyrannosaurus, the Daspletosaurus lived approximately 77 to 74 million years ago. This carnivorous predator had strong hind legs and tiny forelegs, like its larger relative the T-Rex. It probably measured 29 - 30 feet in length when it was fully grown, with a 3.3 foot long skull.
