Come Of Age

The Vaccines Come Of Age was recorded at ICP studios in Brussels and Distiller in Bath. The band worked with producer Ethan Johns (Ryan Adams, Kings of Leon, Laura Marling) to capture a more intimate sound by recording everything live to track. The new album has 11 glowing songs that showcase a matured band that has rightfully and rapidly completed their rite of passage.

The U.S. got their first taste of the British guitar-rock act s power packed tunes described by Pitchfork as "upbeat, flecked with surf, and surprisingly hard to get out of your head" - in early 2011. The Vaccines were instantly embraced stateside; after only a handful of breakout shows at SXSW, the band was featured on the pages of Spin as a "Breaking Out" act and by Paste as the "Best of What s Next. Rolling Stone identified The Vaccines as a Band to Watch," depicting them as "four enterprising punk-rockers from London with a proudly poppish sensibility."

The vinyl edition of this album is pressed on heavyweight 180 gram vinyl and includes a 34" x 22" poster.
