Replace your existing handle when it wears out with a brand new soft, comfortable one. This grip will work on canes up to 1" in diameter. Made from flexible foam for a comfortable grip. Instructions to Replace

To remove old foam handle, cut with scissors or a knife, clean any residue from cane.
To replace, lightly wet the outside of the cane with water and the inside of the foam replacement handle. Then, slide into place. Once it is completely dry, the handle will be snug in place.
Another way to replace is to apply use a small amount of hairspray or rubbing alcohol or saliva as a lubricant to slip on and then let dry.
