Description
- GET YOUR HEATER WORKING FOR YOU: Start the heater by turning the ON/OFF switch from the OFF position to the ON (I / II) position. Next, rotate the Thermostat Control clockwise to the HIGH THERMOSTAT setting. When using the heater for the first time, you might notice a slight odor or a bit of smoke. This occurs as the lubrication on the heating element burns off. Don't worry—this is normal and will disappear after a few minutes of use. Once it's gone, you'll enjoy reliable and efficient heat for a cozy environment
- TWO HEAT SETTINGS: This heater offers dual heat options—750W and 1,500W—for versatile temperature control. Use the higher setting (1,500W) when you need to raise the room temperature quickly. Once the desired warmth is achieved, switch to the lower 750W setting to maintain a comfortable environment without excessive energy use. This dual-setting design gives you flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, ensuring a balance between rapid heating and energy-efficient temperature maintenance.
- ADJUSTABLE THERMOSTAT: Once the heater is on and the room has reached your desired temperature, slowly turn the thermostat knob counterclockwise until the heater turns off (you'll hear a faint 'click'). This setting will automatically maintain the selected temperature. To lower the temperature, continue rotating the knob counterclockwise (towards the LOW position). To increase the temperature, turn the thermostat knob clockwise (towards the HIGH position). This adjustable thermostat allows for easy temperature control and consistent comfort.
- SAFETY FEATURES: The Power Indicator Light, located below the thermostat switch, lights whenever the heater is turned on. The heater is equipped with an automatic overheat protection device located inside the body of the heater. If the heater grille is obstructed, or if the heater gets too hot for any reason, the automatic overheat protection will turn the heater off. To reset the heater, turn the power off and unplug the heater for 10 minutes until it cools down and restart. Be sure the heater is on a smooth level surface with no obstructions.
- HEATER OPERATION: Always use the heater in an upright position, following all instructions and recommendations in the provided manual. Location: Position the heater in the coldest part of the room for optimal efficiency. Connection: Plug the heater directly into a 120 Volt AC, 60Hz wall outlet, ensuring a snug fit. A loose connection can lead to overheating and potential damage to the plug/heater. Safety is key—never use an adapter, extension cord, or power strip, as they can pose safety risks. Follow these guidelines for safe heater operation.
