Warranty	Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months from date of purchase. Our liability from all causes is limited to the value of the goods sold or furnished. This is the complete and full warranty, no further warranty expressed or implied, is allowed. Warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, neglect, fire, improper service, unreasonable use of causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. All products claimed defective should be returned, freight prepaid, to the factory with a written explanation of why the product is thought to be defective. After inspection, a final decision will be made as to whether the product will be covered under the terms of this warranty. A written report of our findings will be given. This warranty shall not apply to any product consumed due to normal wear, use or passage of time, or has been subjected to accident, negligence, alteration (including any product that has had a serial number altered, defaced, or the tag removed), abuse, or misuse. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall safety step be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Further, safety step neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any liability other than warranty conditions with the sale of its manufactured products.
