This comprehensive casebook is intended for a broad survey course on commercial law. This edition includes transactions under the Convention of International Sales of Goods. This book is built around carefully selected and edited cases, author notes, and selected problems. Though including landmark cases, the authors emphasize cases decided since 1990.
