We all know accidents happen. The 1-year worry-free guarantee includes coverage for anything that happens to your Contixo Kids tablet. Just return the tablet and we'll repair or replace it for free.

The Contixo Kids Tablet with Kid-Proof Case (together, the "Device") is covered by this One-Year Limited Warranty. We warrant the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one years from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Device, and you follow the instructions for returning the Device, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Device using either new or refurbished parts, or (ii) replace the Device with a new or refurbished Device that is equivalent to the Device to be replaced.

Please note that Contixo 1-Year Worry-free Guarantee must be purchased in 24 hours after the purchase of your Contixo kids tablet. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept the invalid order, or to cancel the invalid purchase.
