Mmmm cookies! Iâ€™m going to be completely honest with youâ€¦Iâ€¦ amâ€¦ the â€œCookie Monsterâ€!

True storyâ€¦ when I was a teenager I always jumped at the opportunity to babysit my younger cousins. It was nice to be able to spend some quality time with them and of course the extra cash was great too, but the real reason I always said â€œsureâ€ with great enthusiasm, was because I knew about the homemade cookie stash! Oh how delightful it was to go into the freezer and choose from a plethora of homemade cookies that she kept in great big Tupperware containers. I would eat manyâ€¦ too many actually, and only stopped when the tummy ache started.

These Cookie Recipes were the basis of my childhood, they were the family favorites and I loved to eat them, but nowhere were they more accessible than my Aunts freezerâ€¦until the day when she put a lock on it and rightfully so :) Yes these Cookie Recipes are that good! So please do enjoy them as much as I did and still do.
