- LONG LASTING INSTANT COOLING RELIEF Can last for up to 4 hours on a single soak. Re-soak to increase cooling duration
- EASY TO USE AND ACTIVATE Soak in ice water 2-5 minutes or until plump , ring out excess water, and it's cool! Avoid oversoaking or oversaturating. Secure around head, neck, or shoulders for cooling relief as temperatures rise.
