ORIGIN SPECIALTIES: This Green Unroasted Arabica Coffee grows in the Canton of Naranjo within the province of Alajuela, Costa Rica at at an altitude between 1750 meters where it is fed from rich volcanic soil and pure mountain water.

Luis processes his harvested cherries using his own micro-mill called Monte Brisas, which allows for meticulous care in depulping, fermenting, and drying the coffee.
