  • PURPOSE-BUILT FOR ENTRY – Designed with top forcible entry instructors, this Halligan bar is ready out of the box with tuned forks, set marks, and optimized geometry for breaching.
  • FORGED FOR STRENGTH – Single-piece drop-forged from 4140 alloy steel with heat-treated working ends for exceptional toughness, durability, and wear resistance.
  • ENGINEERED FOR LEVERAGE – Tapered fork, pike, and 2" offset adze are shaped for penetration and mechanical advantage; squared shoulders and flat striking surfaces enhance tool control.
  • TACTICAL FEATURES – Matte black finish deters rust; includes reference lines, gap for “key-in-knob” pulls, and a flat target zone for striking with an axe.
  • MADE IN USA – Manufactured in America using high-grade octagon 4140 steel and precision forging for unmatched reliability in the field.

The Council version of the Halligan tool is the newest addition to the forcible entry line.  30 inches and forged from 1 piece of high grade steel rather than welded or mechanically fixed. Forging from 1 piece of steel ensures strength and durability.
