Counting calories is a great idea when used in connection with keeping track of burring calories. As it was explained to me, in order to lose weight your body has to burn more calories than it takes in. This Kindle book is going to be a great help to me because all of the information for counting calories is contained in one book, rather than me having to search all over the internet for the number of calories I am eating.
