This milk separator is designed to separate whole milk into cream and skimmed milk with a simultaneous cleaning of impurities left in whole milk. The separator is used on small farms and households. Separation of whole milk into cream and skimmed milk is done through the following procedure: milk flows through the receiving tank to the floating chamber; then it flows down to the feed tube of the bowl base and, finally, gets into the disk holder. In the disk holder milk driven by centrifugal force is separated into cream and skimmed milk. The separator can be operated for up to 30 minutes without intervals due to its thoughtful design. After 30 minutes are up the milk bowl must be cleaned.
