If anything happens to the customers top cover (manufacturer defect only) during the warranty period, the customer will need to contact us and provide pictures of the entire greenhouse and the issues that they are experiencing. Once the manufacturer has had a chance to review the pictures, they will be able to provide the customer with a one- time replacement. The only thing that the customer will be responsible for is the shipping cost.
