Our products have a Limited Warranty/Return Policy and it is as follows: Our guarantee is as firm as our commitment ot produce high quality products. All products are fully guaranteed against any defects in materials or workmanship. We accept returns for a refund (S&H not included and restocking fee) of unassembled/unused products within 30 days from the date that the customer receives the product. You must contact us to get the return directions. Items are not eligible to be refunded without contacting us prior to returning the items. If the orders delivery is refused by the customer while in transit or upon delivery, the customer will be charged the shipping fee required to ship the item back to our company which will be deducted from your refundable amount for the order. The initial shipping and handling fee is not refundable for any non-faulty items return. There will also be a 5% restocking fee processed for the return. Our guarantee is not for the life of the product. As with most products of this nature, our guarantee does not cover damage to the product when it is caused by reasons other than manufacturer's defects, for example, damage during delivery, misuse, improper storage, improper installation, faulty operation, wear & tear, damage to accessories/when product has been modified, repaired other than by us. The warranty doesn't apply to damages caused by wind of any speed, rain accumulation, snow/ice accumulation, or any other forces of nature.
