Description

  • Material: Braided with pure expanded graphite wire reinforced with glass fibre, copper wire, stainless steel wire, nickel wire, etc.. Flexible and high strength.
  • Advantage: Graphite Braided packings are robust and resistant to deformation, not harden, heat Dissipating and Compressible, high temperature and pressure resistant. Temperature: -392°F to 1202°F (-200°C to 650°C).
  • Electrical Conductivity: Due to its excellent electrical conductivity, high-voltage graphite packing is used in electrical contacts, electrodes and high-voltage applications to ensure reliable electrical performance in a variety of electronic equipment and power transmission systems.
  • Excellent Sealing Performance: The braided structure is tight, with excellent sealing and elasticity, able to withstand high pressure and not easily deformed, avoiding medium leakage. Suitable for valves, pump shafts, agitators and other high-requirement sealing parts.
  • Applications: Flexible graphite braided packing seals prevent fluid leakage in pumps, dissipate frictional heat away from the shaft, allow high shaft speeds and reduce leakage; suitable for use in petroleum, chemical, paper mills, printing, aerospace, machinery, automotive and other industries.
