ROBUST MATERIAL QUALITY: Crafted from Precision Machined and Ground 3/8" Thick A2 Tool Steel, the DFM Tool Works Dowel Maker is built for durability and precision. Its steel plate with holes is designed to withstand rigorous woodworking tasks, making it a tool for both professionals and hobbyists.

This new design offers woodworkers and makers the first commercial dowel plate with 1/32" (0.031") increments between hole sizes to make the process easier than traditional plates with 1/8" or 1/16" holes. This is especially helpful in hardwoods. The holes are counterbored which means the hole bottom diameter is larger to reduce friction on the dowel as it passes through each hole.
