Our heel lifts are high-grade silicone gel and suede fabric made, it's very soft and comfy under the heel.
It can instantly relieve the heel pains and correct slight leg length discrepancies.
These heel inserts can be applicable for heel spur, plantar fasciitis, heel fat pad pain, Achilles tendonitis,
plantar aponeurosis, retrocalcaneal bursitis, etc.

It's good for use in shoes with uppers such as flats, low heels, leather shoe, sneakers, boots,
casual shoes, tennis shoes, running shoes, work shoes, etc. It's not suitable for use in open heel shoes like sandals, flip-flop, slippers.

Before use, pull the protective film off, the half shoe insert can adhere to the smooth sole and no
slide around the shoe, the stickiness will remain the same after washing and air drying.

Size:
Small size for kids, women's shoe size 4-8, men's size 5-6;
Large size for women's size 8.5 & up, men's size 6.5 & up.

Warm tips:
1. Wash in cold water, use a scrap toothbrush, add some soap to clean the suede surface, then air dry.
2. The gel heel pads may not stick well on suede or mesh surface sole. So it's recommended to remove suede or mesh fabric insole or use a leather insole instead.
3. Personal care product, suggest changing a new pack after 45 days at most.
