There are many diets I've tried, and most I just don't like.
This one is different, and it's the first time I'm leaving a review for a diet book. For me that means something.
Atkins is a diet I also enjoy, but I don't like the idea of eating too much meat and all.

The really good part about this book is that it is not all theory, and why it works and why you should do this and that. If you're looking for a diet you probably know that you want to loose weight, right?
This book is full of tasty recipes that are easily explained and easy to follow.

An extra tip from me: eat these meals randomly, and you'll never get bored. Here's to your health!
I’ve been on a low-carb diet for some time now and this one which also includes a one week of recipes. One benefit of the low-carb diet is that a dieter does not have to eat less in order to lose weight, as the author says, “They merely have to eat healthy.” By reducing carbs you allow more fat to be burned and avoid that starvation phase at the same time. I tried out one of the meals called Zesty Lemon Pancakes. Pancakes, as you probably know are usually a no no on a low-carb diet, since traditional pancakes are made with flour and sugar which are of course carbohydrates. The recipe in the book uses eggs and fat-free yogurt but the secret ingriedent is oat bran instead of flour. Learn something new every day. This is the first of a series of books which are phases, this one being Attack phase, the first week on the diet where you can expect to loose some serious weight, quickly.
I've aways thought if someone gave me the list and the tools, then I could finally lose weight. But everything gets so confusing, this diet says you can eat this, but not that, unless this.... blah blah. I found the Dunkan diet to be very easy to follow. Everything is laid out, 100 foods you can eat and a meal plan for 7 days of the week. What I find most intriguing is the fact there are different phases, it's not a crash course all at once BAM kind of diet. I like variety, so phases helped keep things different. I thought it was a well written and well laid-out book.
