These Indochine Estates-raised peaberry Robusta beans are sought after for Italian-style espresso, being high in crema and body and providing excellent persistence on the palate. As a single source, they cup with low acidity, high body and smooth character and excellent persistence on the palate. Indochine Estates practices safe and sustainable agriculture and shades these beans with avocado and persimmon trees. One of the world's top Robusta coffees. Robusta appeals to "back-palate" people who find Arabica lacking. It is also a great blending coffee and ices superbly. Most Brazilian Robusta is grown on poor land at low altitude, whereas Vietnamese specialty Robusta is grown in an optimal climate at high altitude and is a key ingredient in Vietnamese Cafe Sua Da style of coffee.
