It is specifically formulated to provide a long-lasting, durable seal when filling exterior gaps, joints and cracks. This high-performance sealant offers superior adhesion to most substrates and remains flexible to withstand up to 70% total joint movement when installed into a properly prepared joint. Exceptional cut and tear resistance. Handles foot & vehicle traffic and may be used above or below waterline (including potable water applications). Ideal for use on window and door perimeters, horizontal & vertical joints, aluminum, vinyl or fiber-cement siding, siding corner joints, expansion and control joints, pre-cast panels, fascia, tuck pointing, ducts, vents, skylights, common roofing detail applications, foundations, chimneys and flashing, eaves, downspouts.
