    DIRECTIONS: Always make sure your dermaroller has been disinfected. It is recommended to disinfect your dermaroller for 5-10 minutes in 70% isopropyl alcohol 2. Its very important to have your face washed with a pH cleanser prior to using your derma roller 3. After you've washed your face using a pH balanced cleanser, start by rolling in 1 direction 6-8 times, and be sure to lift your derma roller after each press. Be sure that you roll in one direction, lift the derma roller roller, and then repeat. its very important that you lift the derma roller after each press. 4. After you finish rolling in one direction 6-8 times, adjust your derma roller slightly and repeat the process over the same area in the opposite direction. i.e. if you started vertically, then go to horizontal, and vice versa. after you have finished an area, you should have rolled over the area a total of 12-16 times (6-8 horizontal, and 6-8 vertically) 5. Once you have finished microneedling, make sure you wash your face with ONLY water. 6. Apply the included Vitamin C Serum by putting a few drops on your face and gently massaging it through 7. Put a small amount of the included sample of centella blemish soothing cream on your fingers and massage on your face and area you used the Derma Roller. CLEANING To clean your derma roller, it is recommended to mix liquid dish soap with water in a plastic container/bowl and then gently swish your derma roller in the mixture and try to avoid hitting it on the sides of the container. Dishsoap is the ideal option for cleaning your derma roller, because isopropyl alcohol doesn't dissolve the proteins in your skin and blood. DISINFECT After you have finished using your derma roller, disinfect it by soaking it in 70% isopropyl alcohol for up to 10 minutes, then put it back in the clear plastic case. WARNING: 1.
