Depressing the handle dips the rush head in to a reservoir of anti-bacterial liquid. By twisting the handle in the depressed position engages the brush head with internal agitation ribs to assist the cleaning process. Supplied in concentrated liquid form, add only 20ml to the reservoir and fill with water to the indicated level. One 250ml bottle of concentrate will last approx 3 months refreshing the reservoir weekly. Flush used solution without risk to septic tanks or the aqueous environment.
