This is an 8" x 10" photo featuring the animated character Jiminy Cricket from Disney's 1940 film, "Pinocchio." To make it even more special, it has been autographed by Eddie Carroll, who was the voice of Jiminy Cricket from 1973 to 2010. Eddie became the voice of Jiminy in 1973 when Cliff Edwards, the original voice of Jiminy Cricket, passed away. Eddie has written on the photo, "Best Wishes! Jiminy Cricket and His Voice, Eddie Carroll." This is his original signature, not a copy, signed in blue felt tip pen. It should be noted that Eddie Carroll passed away in 2010, but his legacy lives on. Eddie was every bit as wonderful as his Disney character, Jiminy Cricket. He was a very talented actor and wonderful man. I was very privileged to know him. The photo has been double-matted to an 11" x 14" size with a blue outer matte and sienna-colored inner matte. In addition, an acid-free backing board has been placed behind the photo to protect it.
