  • CUT HINGE SHAPE: Take out the router bit and install it on the router. Put it on the router bit depth gauge to set depth and lock in place. Turn on the power and cut the hinge shape out from the template area. Loosen the door hinge template and install the hinge. Router and hinge not included.
  • EASY TO INSTALL: Determine hinge shape. Use the corner guides for round 5/8inch radius corner hinges(square corners do not use corner guides). Clamp the hinge mortiser tightly to the door. Remov-e the length guide stop to the desired length. Mark the edges you set.
  • WIDE APPLICATION: This door hinge router template is versatile and suitable for all standard door hinges, cutting mortises on doors for hinge, length 3inch to 5inch, and thickness of 1/4inch and 5/8inch, can be easily adjusted as needed.
