Description
- Can be used on doors that weigh up to 180 pounds, measure up to 96 inches in height and up to 48 inches in width on interior doors and 42 inches width on exterior doors.
- Parallel arm mount - a door closer arm that mounts on the push side of the door and the arm assembly extends almost parallel to the door. In the closed position, there is very little, or no hardware projecting beyond the frame face (in most situations).
- Package includes: body, full cover, mounting hardware, Tri-Packed standard arm for regular, top jamb and parallel arm mount, instructions and full size templates in multiple languages
- Adjustable backcheck with positioning adjustment. Two adjustment valves to control sweep-speed and latch-speed and adjustable spring size 1-6, shipped as size 4. All valves are accessible when the closer is installed
- Forged steel main arm hub, corrosion-resistant, high-strength aluminum housing. Hardened pinion/piston - 25 year limited warranty
