  • Pack of 100 heat activated thermal Laminating Pouches sealed on one 11-1/2” edge, includes 1 reusable silicone coated laminating carrier for those laminators that require them
  • 2 Durable 3 mil polyester plastic sides including heat activated adhesive which becomes clear when heat and even pressure is applied (laminator recommended)
  • Maximum insert sheet size Recommended: up to 11-1/4” x 17-1/4” (286mm x 438mm) providing a 1/8” (3mm) sealed edge border protecting your sheet
  • Small Pre-Rounded Corners for a Smooth Professional Finish, approximately 1/8” radius (3mm)
  • Metric Pouch size: 292mm x 445mm x 75 microns (x 2 sides = 150 microns total thickness added to your sheet)
100 Oregon Lamination double letter size laminating pouches 11.5 x 17.5-inch are typically used for menus, placemats, signs and typical 11 x 17-inch paper sheets. These thermal lamination pockets are 3 mil thick on each flap for maximum clarity and flexibility. 3 mil is the thinnest and clearest standard lamination pouch thickness and is compatible with nearly every thermal pouch laminator on the market. The adhesive becomes clear when heat activated.

    Note: Industry standard specification for 3 mil laminating pouches is 3 mil on each flap for a total of 6 mil added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these pouches, yet they are sealed on only one edge instead of three (like a file folder).
