  • Stop Mounts from Falling in Hot Cars – This 2.2" (56 mm) round double-sided adhesive foam pad delivers strong, long-lasting hold for dash cams and GPS mounts. Works best on smooth surfaces like glass, metal, and plastic. It is not recommended for textured dashboards unless used with a compatible mounting adapter. Not suitable for larger phone holders. For bigger mounts, use our 3.15" version (ASIN: B093387JMW).
  • Heat & Weather Resistant – Built to perform in extreme conditions up to 300°F (150°C). Resists heat, UV, moisture, and vibration to help prevent mounts from falling, even in parked cars under direct sunlight. For best results, apply between 70°F–100°F (21°C–38°C).
  • Exact Size & Compatibility – Check Before You Buy: Each pad measures 2.2" (56 mm) in diameter and 0.062" (1.6 mm) thick, making it ideal for most dash cam mounts and small device bases. The pad can be trimmed for a custom fit if needed. It may be too small for some larger phone mounts, so please check your mount size before purchasing. This product is not magnetic and is a double-sided adhesive foam pad, not a metal plate.
  • Reinforced Bond with Adhesion Promoters – Includes 4 adhesion promoter wipes to boost bonding strength between the tape and mount, especially on plastic and painted surfaces. Enhances grip, reduces slippage, and ensures a secure hold.
  • Easy Installation – For best results, clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely. Use adhesion promoter on the mount surface, press at least 30 seconds, and wait 24 hours before use to achieve maximum holding strength.
  • Versatile Mounting Solution – Perfect for replacing the original tape on dash cam mounts or converting a broken suction cup into a reliable adhesive mount, providing a strong and secure alternative to suction cups.
