Professional quality dough tray kit for the home

Each tray holds five to six dough balls for a 14-16" thin crust pizza.

The kit includes two DoughMate Artisan dough trays, One DoughMate Artisan dough tray lid, and one DoughMate Putty Scraper-style dough cutter/scraper.

Outside individual tray dimensions are 17.75 L x 13 W x 3.25 H inches. Inside dimensions are 16 L x 11 H x 2.75 inches deep.

A pair of trays stacked with a lid (total kit height) is 7" tall.

You should be able to get about six 8.5 ounce pizza dough balls into each tray.

While these should fit in a standard home refrigerator, it would be a good idea to measure your space to ensure they will fit. You may have to move some shelves around to accommodate the trays, as most refrigerators today allow you to configure the shelves however you want.
