- 【1045 Heat-Tempered Blade】The blade is forged from 1045 high carbon steel, heat-treated to produce a wavy temper line along the edge, with a bo-hi running down each side to lighten the blade. It is finished to an edge suited to dojo practice.
- 【Dragonfly Tsuba & Rayskin Handle】A black iron mokko-shaped tsuba pairs with dragonfly-motif fuchi and kashira fittings. The blade seats into a brass habaki, and the wooden handle is wrapped over genuine rayskin (samegawa) with black cotton ito and menuki under the wrap, sized for a two-handed grip.
- 【Full Tang, Lacquered Saya】The full tang blade is secured by bamboo mekugi pegs into a black piano-lacquered wooden saya fitted with a black sageo. Blade 28.5 in, handle 10.75 in, overall 40.75 in.
