Dried Morel Mushrooms - Wild Harvest, 4oz
- 2019 NEW harvest. Wild harvested morels, with cap from 3cm+. No stem or very minimal stem.
- Whole morels. This is a mix of conica (the black/brown ones), and the grey and blonde morels. See pictures for the sizes on the blondes and greys.
- Completely Wild harvested from mid April onward in the western Canada / Pacific Northwest morel season. Our forage area extends all the way up north to Yukon. 100% Wild.
- Every single cap is from 3cm +. Majority of our mushrooms are larger in size, no babies here.
- Dried morels are not comparable as fresh morels in texture or fragrance, but they are perfect in stews, soups, and sauces.
Wild harvested morels, cap is from 3cm+ to 6cm+. The grey and blonde morels are the larger ones which are foraged later in the season. The conicas are smaller and are the first ones to pop out. There are a mix of the different sizes. No stem or very minimal stem. Harvested from mid April 2019 onward in western Canada. Seal the ziplock bag tight and leave in the the freezer. These morels will keep for a minimum of 2 years.
