A bed shaker can be connected to the transceiver and is controlled by the transceiver. AC plugs for use with standard electrical sockets in the U.S., E.U. and U.K. are provided.
- This item cannot be used as a bedwetting alarm by itself. It must be used with and synchronized with a DryBuddyFLEX 3 Magnetic Sensor System or with a Wetness Sensing Briefs System. It is an additional alarm and control location for the DryBuddyFLEX 3 system. A maximum of four (4) such additional alarms can be used with any full DryBuddyFLEX 3 system. One year limited warranty.
The new 3rd Generation DryBuddyFLEX 3 offers more features and conveniences than any other bedwetting alarm today. Use it with standard cotton briefs or with optional DryBuddy wetness sensing briefs. True wireless - there are no wires connecting the sensor to the wireless transmitter or receiver. Wireless remote control can turn off the alarm when sounding, and turn the entire system on and The transceiver receives the wireless signals from the sensor and remote, and activates all alarms. It's power supply is plugged into a standard 120V AC electric outlet and contains a loud built-in audio alarm with volume control. An optional alarm can be attached to each transceiver - the DryBuddy Audio Alarm (ASIN: B00A3XGRL0) and the Shake&Vibrate Bed Shaker (ASIN: B00A3XGQ9S). The sensor activates when it receives a quick increase in wetness, and will not give false alarms due to gradual increases such as perspiration. The transceiver both receives and re-transmits the received signal. Optional transceivers can be added to the system allowing additional and multiple locations for alarms and for receiving wireless signals from the sensor and remote. Each transceiver must be within the range of any other transceiver - up to 200 feet (61 meters). The range of use can be increased by daisy-chaining transceivers. This provides great range and flexibility. If any transceiver in the system receives the wireless signal from the sensor or remote, all transceivers will respond. A maximum of five transceivers can be used together in a system. Multiple systems can be located in the same house or area and will not interfere with each other. Individual transceivers and other parts can be optionally purchased. Limited warranty for transceiver of 1 year if purchased together as a complete DryBuddyFLEX system.
