Uniquely designed hook & loop acoustic and electric guitar sanding blocks and sanding files that are ideal for sanding intricate contoured, convex, concave, and radius surface shapes. The set includes 6 different profiles of block sanders that measure from 1-3/4" to 3" wide and are 4" long, plus 2 interface pads and 2 hand sanding files with different radius profile contours.
- It includes a 40-sheet grit variety pack of sanding block-sized Dura-Gold 4" x 2-3/4" gold sandpaper sheets with a hook & loop backing. 5 Sheets each of 8 different sanding grits: 60, 80,120,180, 220, 320, 400, and 600. Superior quality sanding sheets made with super-coated aluminum oxide corundum fused with zirconia alumina. The hook & loop sanding blocks are constructed with medium-density durable polyurethane foam.
- This huge, unique profile variety of contoured, convex, and concave block and file shapes provides nearly every contour shape luthiers need to sand acoustic and electric guitars, guitar parts, bass repair, fret leveling, bass fingerboard radius, and more. The ergonomic shapes of the blocks and files allow for fine fingertip sanding on various profiles and body lines.
- These excellent sanding blocks and files are also perfect to use for difficult molding edges on wood, woodworking furniture, metal, automotive autobody paint refinishing, car body line contours, metalworking shops, industrial shops, drywalling, fiberglass, plastics, household crown moldings, baseboards, craft projects, or any odd surface shape that needs to be sanded.
- The included base handle attaches quickly to most of the blocks. (Additional base handles are available and sold separately).
