Newest Gateway WS6210: It is a versatile wireless communication device that supports various wireless communication protocols. It suits meteorological data collection and transmission in outdoor/ indoor open fields. Must be used with optional sensors to obtain outdoor weather data. 915MHz frequency. It has a solar panel and built-in (8*AA rechargeable NiMH batteries and 1*Micro SD card 8G + 1*Nano-SIM card).
The SIM Card Availability Confirmation: Ensure the SIM card is compatible with the operating service provider in your country. If the built-in SIM card is not supported in your region, replace the SIM card that can be used. For supported countries and regions, a free SIM card with 100MB/month of data is provided for three months. Users in unsupported regions can purchase a SIM card independently.
Connecting the Network: The product supports Wi-Fi and 4G network connections and can receive and process multiple sensor data types, prioritizing Wi-Fi for data upload to the weather station server. Prepare a support pole with a diameter of 1.8-2.75 inches (45.72 mm-69.85 mm) in an open field with adequate lighting. Ensure that the 4G cell phone signal in the outdoor environment is sufficiently strong.
Most of the Ecowitt Sensors Supported(sold separately): Receives data from almost all ecowitt sensors, viewable via a web interface and Ecowitt App. As the WH65/WS69/(WN32+WS68+WH40)/(WS80+WH40),WN31/30/36(8 channels),WH41A,WH51A(16 channels),WH41/43(4 channels),WH55(4 channels),WH57,WN34(8 channels),WN35(8 channels), and compatible with IoT devices: 16*WFC01/AC1100.
Web Functions: Supports web configuration, sensor data viewing, server settings, calibration parameters, and Sensor ID settings on the Ecowitt APP. The Ecowitt App will have automatic timezone and network time acquisition unit settings when they connect to the network. The calibration operation can only be performed when the device is in WiFi network mode or via 192.168.4.1.
SD Card Management: Settings changed via the web interface are saved immediately and retained even if power is lost. The SD card file system format Only supports FAT32. For cards larger than 32GB, use the Rufus tool to format the SD card to FAT32. The system monitors the SD card's status and supports insertion or removal of the SD card without device restart.
