1. Letter/Letters(all same size) - choose this option if you are requesting a single letter or letters and you want them all the same size. Choose this option also if you want a monogram with first name, middle name, last name order. If name is Eliza Ann Murphy Enter: EAM 
2. Name - Choose this option if you just want a name or you want the personalization printed exactly as you have entered it. 
3. Monogram (center letter large) - Choose this option if you would like your initials in first name, last name, middle name order. The last name initial will be centered and larger. If name is Eliza Ann Murphy Enter: eMa For hyphenated last names, both last name initials will be centered and large. If name is Eliza Ann Murphy-Jones Enter: eMJa
