ESP oil only super absorbent boom. These Oil-only booms are the ideal solution when you need to quickly and effectively contain petroleum-based spills on water or in outdoor environments. Made from flexible tubes filled with highly absorbent material, their all-in-one construction is formed by stitching the sock and net together with the rope aligned along one side. Being Oil-only, the boom will repel water while absorbing petroleum based liquids. The boom contains a high performance blend of chopped polypropylene and Coldform2 fibers while a strong rope running the length of the boom features rust-proofed end rings and snap hooks to make deployment faster and easier. All-in-one construction produces exceptional strength and prevents the boom from twisting. End rings and snap hooks make deployment of the desired length fast and easy. Can stretch without failing. Resists snagging on debris. Outer polyester net is more UV resistant than polypropylene skins. Contains a proprietary additive to increase absorbency and keep boom afloat even when they are fully saturated. Made with recycled content. Fire retardant as per ASTM 726.
