250% Lower Fan Power Consumption vs reference cooler
11 fan blades increase CFM and static pressure
Swept Fan Design to Reduce Fan Noise Level
3 Phase / 6 Slot Design Improves Efficiency
Increased Silicon Steel increases magnet strength
Most graphics card manufacturers only focus on one aspect when designing their cooling solution and neglect all other aspects of the fan design and heat sink. With EVGA ACX 2.0, we focused on the details that make a real difference. In fact, did you know that the power consumption of a fan can directly affect your overclocking ability? Modern NVIDIA graphics cards have a maximum power ceiling that takes into account the fan power consumption, meaning the lower the power consumption from the fan, the more power available for the GPU! Triple fan coolers from competitors increase power consumption, thereby lowering your maximum overclocking headroom. When it comes to graphics cards cooling, less is more!

I bought two of these coolers off of EVGA's website when they first got released.
My temps before installing these coolers was around 68C on the top card and 45C on bottom card at idle, yeah at idle. Once I started playing a game, for example Battlefield 4, my temps would shot up to 85C on both cards in less then 5 minutes of playing.
Now with the EVGA coolers installed with Arctic MX-4 thermal paste, my temps are around 45C on the top card and 33C on bottom card at idle. Once I start playing a game like Battlefield 4, my temps now only go up to about 80C and that's after over an hour of gaming while being in a hot room.
Noise wise I would say the EVGA coolers are about the same noise level as the stock coolers maybe a tad less noisy. The stock coolers weren't all that noisy to begin with.
Overall I'm very happy with EVGA coolers performance/looks.
I will try to attach some pics of my main gaming rig.
These ACX coolers do a nice job on the Titan X. They allow you to keep the card running at good temps and are less noisy than the stock fan because you can run them slower and get the same result. I think under 99% load I get a max temp of 74C. Titans are designed to run at 83C no trouble so that temp under max load seems good. The stock cooler throws a lot of hot air from the back of the case, like it's supposed to but that can be sorta distracting. So I like how unobtrusive these are. The performance you get with these could well be dependent on your case. The installation is a bit challenging if you aren't used to working on computer parts. You'll need good eyesight and precision phillips head screwdrivers. Contrary to the instructions these coolers do come with the thermal paste already applied so you won't need to add any plus the sequence that the manual gives you to apply the paste would mean putting your finger in it later if you aren't careful. I have 2 EVGA Titan X SC, SLI, They ran idle at 63C, After installing the 2.0+ coolers the top idles at 53C and the bottom at 43C, I run a heavy load on the cards with 3 Asus G sync monitors and these coolers have helped to keep the temps down between 8 and 10C , I also have another computer with the GTX 980TI with the same coolers and it runs about the same, I'm still thinking of trying out the Hybrid coolers on these cards but for now the ACX 2.0 are better than the stock coolers that come with the titan X's, So yes it is worth buying these. I'm always testing different cards and so far the Titan X's have beat every card in it's class hands down, They are pricey but you get what you pay for and I'm about performance even if I have to make modifications, that's what it's all about for me, I also use a cosmos case which I keep full of cooling fans running at all times, What I like about these coolers Happy Customer.
