Secure second wrist support. NOW OPEN HAND (SPREAD FINGERS). Wrap bandage UNDER hand,and down towards wrist. GO under wrist and know back up towards and back under hand and around towards wrist to repeat. This will create an X on top of hand twice. Now, clean up knuckles by going around knuckles and back towards wrist to secure wrist lightly as the 2 straps on wrist have already given you support.
