Description

  • This product contains 8 earplugs of uniform specifications, suitable for WLCMRD series and mainstream CIC hearing aid devices in the market.
  • The default configuration of the device is M-size earplugs. It is recommended to experience the multi-size adaptation effect through the accessory set (including L/M/S/XS). After determining the best personal adaptation size, you can order replacements and anti-earwax filters.
  • If there is a sense of pressure or foreign body in the ear canal after wearing it, this is a symptom of the earplug cover being too large. Please immediately replace it with a smaller product to improve wearing comfort.
  • If sound distortion, environmental noise infiltration or device whistling occurs during use, it indicates that the earplug cover is not airtight enough. It is recommended to upgrade to a larger size model.
  • To ensure the best performance of the device, it is recommended to perform a daily cleaning procedure to remove residual ear canal secretions, and follow the periodic replacement system every 60 days or so to effectively maintain the quality of acoustic conduction and hygiene safety.
