This updated book makes it easy to shop and recipes are simple enough to follow. I bought the A blood type for my husband so we can match up recipes that we can do together. The eating according to your blood type really works, if you want to feel good and maintain a healthy weight, give this a try, you will feel better within days! Thank you.
I like this book a lot. I have reservations though, gluten free or neutral there are far to many grains included in most of these recipes. I have made a large number of them, I just alter them to eliminate most of the grains. O's are so very sensitive to any grains, and the B's in my family have it even harder tolerating grains. Great base recipes, judge wisely on your grain usage. Like the previous reviewer I too purchased both the O and B book to do recipe comparison. My children love finding the difference between the two types.
I have been following blood type nutrition for quite some time and am always on the look out for new/different recipes. I tend to adapt some that I find which may not be completely compatible with my blood type. This book is absolutely wonderful. Makes it very easy to cook delicious recipes and not worry about adaptability of ingredients. I have most of Dr. D'Adamo's books and have been making recipes out of the Cook Right For (4) Your Type for some time. Looking forward to making the dishes in this new book.
